Andy is a Residential Real Estate Agent and leads the Andy Staton Group. He is a community advocate, committed to fitness, and lives in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

After moving to Rehoboth Beach, Andy set to work starting and growing his own business. Realizing that real estate had become a passion as a hobby, Andy chose to join the real estate profession full time in 2003. Starting his own business soon after, Andy was a partner in his own firm and in 2009, moved his practice to Prudential Gallo Realtors® where he leads the Andy Staton Group.

The Andy Staton Group is flourishing today and regularly performs in the top 1% of all agents in Sussex County. Andy was voted the 2010-2011 Sussex County Realtor® of the Year by his peers, and he was also appointed by Governor Markell to the Delaware Real Estate Commission, where he has served as Chairman and now Secretary.

Andy is heavily invested in our community. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Sussex Family YMCA, where he focuses his efforts on childhood obesity prevention and education programs. He serves as an Ambassador to the Beebe Medical Foundation and on the Leadership Council to the CAMP Rehoboth community center.

In 2009, Governor Markell appointed Andy to the Delaware Economic and Financial Advisory Council, where he advises the Governor on tax policy and our state and local economy.

In his spare time, Andy is an accomplished triathlete (5x Ironman), marathon runner, and weight-loss advocate. On most early mornings he can be found training for his next endurance race, like the JFK 50-miler he completed in 2011. In 2011 Andy founded a non-profit to fund training and education programs battling childhood obesity. The organization has donated thousands of dollars to local organizations such as the Sussex Family YMCA and the Sussex Child Health Promotion Coalition’s Shore Camp for Kids.

Rick not only sells real estate but he also contributes his time and talent in helping other agents and the public through participation in local and state real estate related organizations. Rick’s participation and accomplishments include: 2006 President of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®, 2007 Realtor® of the Year for Sussex County and the State of Delaware, Director of the Delaware Association of REALTORS®, Committee member of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service, and an appointed Commissioner on the Delaware Real Estate Commission.

Rick’s professional designations include: Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, and he holds an Associate Broker license. Rick is also a certified real estate instructor in Delaware, providing continuing education to other licensed agents.

Rick has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland.

After more than 30 years in financial services marketing in New York City and running his own marketing communications firm for over a decade, John Marino moved to Lewes in 2005 to enjoy the magnificent Delaware beaches and relish the enjoyable pace of life in Sussex County.

While he had thoughts of retiring, John still needs the excitement of meeting people and working with them to find just the right home that will enrich their lives. He believes that listening, close attention to detail and quick and thorough follow-up are the keys to excellent customer service. In addition to all the natural beauty of the area, John is always thrilled with all the cultural activities to be enjoyed: the Film Festival, the Jazz Festival and a host of art shows throughout the year.

His special interest is theater, which abounds in Sussex County. He can often be seen on the boards with Clear Space Productions in their fine theater in downtown Rehoboth.
